Origin of Shipments
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in Tamil Nadu, India. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential external factors such as customs processing, weather, and other uncontrollable delays.
Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, provided the product is in stock and payment is confirmed. If a product is out of stock, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days to procure and prepare the shipment. Delivery times generally range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Delivery can take up to 30 business days due to customs delays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Delivery Address
The delivery address entered at checkout is final and cannot be altered once the order is confirmed. It is the customerโs responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address change is requested post-processing, we will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee such requests will be accommodated.
Liability for Loss or Damage
Once the order is handed to the courier service, all risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. While we take utmost care in packaging, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of products once they are in the courierโs possession. We strongly recommend customers track their shipments and promptly receive packages upon arrival. In case of loss or damage, customers must immediately contact both us and the courier service to file a claim. We are not liable for issues arising after delivery.
Delivery Confirmation and Signature Requirement
All shipments may require a signature upon delivery. By placing an order, you agree that the recipient (you or an authorized person) will sign for the package. If a third party signs for the package, we are not responsible for any subsequent issues, including disputes over contents or condition.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be clearly indicated at checkout. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, which varies based on size, weight, and destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by U.S. authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to Force Majeure Events including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, government regulations, pandemics, customs-related delays, or any events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify the customer promptly and take reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from Force Majeure Events.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If there are issues with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns. All disputes arising out of or related to this policy will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and any legal actions will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tamil Nadu, India, for any legal matters.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the total purchase price of the order. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or emotional distress, arising from shipping delays, losses, or damages. In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid for the order.
Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time, and the revised policy will apply to orders placed after the change. All changes will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated policy.
